This workshop is open to everyone and will be held in the serene and peaceful setting of the yoga studio. Come open your mind and heart and discover the power of breathwork.

He is a certified breathwork facilitator with a deep spiritual background, who has been guiding individuals on their breathwork journey for over 3 years. 

His teachings come from a unique blend of Soma, Wim Hof and Shamanic breathwork, offering a holistic approach to breathwork that addresses both the physical and spiritual aspects of the practice.

Breathwork is a type of holistic practice that involves conscious control of the breath in order to achieve physical, mental, and emotional benefits. It can be practiced in a group setting, such as at a workshop or event, or as a solo practice.

During a breathwork event, participants may be guided through a series of breathing exercises and techniques by a trained facilitator. These exercises may involve inhaling and exhaling in specific patterns, or using the breath to focus the mind and bring awareness to the present moment. 

The intention of breathwork is to allow participants to access and process emotions, reduce stress and tension, and promote overall well-being.

It is important to note that breathwork can be an intense and emotional experience, and it is important for participants to be prepared for this and to take care of themselves during and after the event. Participants may be asked to bring a water bottle and a blanket or yoga mat to the event. It is also recommended to wear comfortable clothing.


Ceremonial cacao is a variety of cacao that is used in ceremonial settings. It is also often used in ceremonies to promote feelings of love, connection, and euphoria. It is different than the cocoa that is used in chocolate making. The cacao beans used in ceremonial cacao are less processed and retain more of their natural compounds which are believed to provide a more profound effect

A breathwork and cacao ceremony involves drinking a ceremonial cup of cacao, as a way to connect with the plant spirit and open the heart. Cacao is believed to have a gentle yet powerful effect on the mind and body, and is said to help release emotions, open the channels of communication, and increase feelings of love and connection.

The use of cacao before breathwork is because Cacao is a powerful facilitator of connection to self and others, it relaxes the body, opens the heart and creates a deeper connection to the present moment. It can also help to soften resistance to change and open the doors for deeper healing to occur. So when paired with breathwork, it creates a synergistic effect where the release of emotions and thoughts, and the letting go of old patterns and beliefs, can happen more easily and deeply, allowing for greater emotional and psychological healing.

Ceremonial cacao is often described as heart opening because it is a unique and unconventional way to connect with oneself, others, and the natural world, and can create a sense of wonder, joy, and magic.


In order to fully participate in the breathwork and cacao ceremony, it is important to come prepared. Please consider the following:

Refrain from eating 2 hours prior to the session as breathing with a full stomach can be uncomfortable

Bring your own blanket and pillow for extra comfort during the ceremony. 

Bring an eye cover or something to cover your eyes during the ceremony

Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session.

Diet request

Please fast (just water) for (atleast)2 hours before the ceremony and avoid a heavy meal for 4 hours before. 

On the day do not eat meat, processed or fried food and avoid caffeine, all drugs and alcohol to respect the energetic container we will be co creating as a group. items that may help to enhance the experience, such as a journal or eye mask.
