Always check with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise and inform the teacher of any medical conditions prior to starting the class. This will allow us to help you modify your practice if necessary

What if I am pregnant?

As with any new exercise it is not recommended that you take up something new whilst pregnant. However, if you have been practicing yoga regularly (for at least 6 months) then there is no reason not to continue as we offer specialised Pregnancy Yoga classes
